Delete your account

You can delete your account in the game, under Settings → Account → Delete account, or by writing to contacto@pewen.dev.

In the game

Open Settings from the start menu.
Go to Account.
Under Delete account, tap Delete and confirm. If you linked Apple, it will ask you to confirm once more.

By email

Write to contacto@pewen.dev asking for deletion, from the email of the Apple or Google account you linked or including your nickname. We process it within two business days and confirm by email.

What is deleted

Your user identifier, nickname, age range, game preferences and outfit, the Apple or Google link and the email the provider shared. Once those features exist, also your progress, records, friendships and chat messages.

When

The account becomes inaccessible immediately.
Its data is deleted in under 24 hours.
If you linked Apple, we revoke the Sign in with Apple token.

What is kept

Moderation reports you appear in are kept for up to 90 days, anonymized.
Purchases, once they exist, are kept by Apple or Google and are restored from your store.

Deletion cannot be undone.
